Where did Top Picks go?

In app version 1.3.2 (September 2026), the Top Picks tab became the Matchday tab. Instead of a short list of selected matches, the Matchday board shows every football match analysed for the day, grouped by how confident the five AI models are in the call once their forecasts are combined:

• High: the combined forecast gives the call 60% or more
• Medium: 50–59%
• Low: under 50%, the closest calls of the day

Each tier shows its own graded record, meaning how many of its past calls were right, so you can judge a tier by its results. Switch between Today and Tomorrow at the top of the board, or swipe.

With Pro, every match on the board is unlocked. On the free plan you still see every tier and its record; a match's call shows once you've unlocked that match (for example in the Matches tab, with one of your 3 free AI predictions per week), and finished matches are unlocked for everyone.

The board covers football for now. Don't see the Matchday tab? Update ScoreGPT to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.

Which sports does ScoreGPT cover?

Football (soccer) and American football, all in the same app:

• Football: more than 20 leagues and cups, including the Premier League, La Liga, the Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1, the Champions League and the Europa League, plus MLS, Liga MX, the Brasileirão and international matches
• NFL: every game of the season
• College football: every game involving a team in the current AP Top 25 poll

Switch sports with the sport picker at the top of the Matches tab. Each sport also has free prediction pages on this site: football, NFL and college football.

How do subscriptions work?

ScoreGPT is free to download and includes 3 free AI predictions per week, with no sign-up needed. Pro removes the weekly limit and opens every match's full analysis from all five models, plus the whole Matchday board:

• Pro comes as a monthly or a yearly plan; both unlock the same features
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can manage your subscription through your Apple or Google account settings

How do I delete my account?

ScoreGPT does not require you to create an account. To delete the data associated with your device identifier:

1. Email us at info@scoregpt.app with the subject "Delete my data"
2. Include your device ID. The app shows it under Profile → Manage → Device ID (app version 1.3.4 and later); tap it to copy the full ID
3. We will delete or anonymize that data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes

Or, from app version 1.3.4, tap Profile → Manage → Delete My Data: it opens that email with your device ID already filled in. On app versions before 1.3.4, update the app first — the Device ID is only shown from 1.3.4.

Note: Make sure to cancel any active subscriptions before requesting deletion.

The app is not loading predictions. What should I do?

Try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Check your internet connection
2. Close and restart the app
3. Update to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play
4. Restart your device
5. If the issue persists, contact us at info@scoregpt.app
